Game2Earn ("we", "us", "our") is the legal entity that operates the Game2Earn skill-based gaming tournament platform. Game2Earn is the data controller for the personal data we collect about you through the Service.

Account data — email address, display name, Discord ID and username, avatar.
Age verification data — date of birth, confirmation of adult status, and where required, a copy of an identity document.
Tournament data — entries you register for, results, and prize allocations.
Payment metadata — transaction IDs, PayPal order IDs, and amounts forwarded to us by PayPal. We do not store card details.
Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and usage logs.
Support communications — messages you send us through Discord or other channels.

3. How we use your data

To create and manage your account (legal basis: contract performance).
To verify that paid-entry participants are 18+ as required by law (legal obligation, legitimate interests).
To run tournaments, calculate prize pools, and distribute prizes (contract performance).
To prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse (legitimate interests).
To provide customer support (contract performance).
To improve the Service (legitimate interests).
To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

PayPal — processes wallet top-ups and prize withdrawals. See PayPal's Privacy Notice.
Hosting and infrastructure providers — to operate the Service securely.
Discord — when you sign in with Discord or participate in our community channels.
Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit professionals where necessary.
Authorities — where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Age-verification documents are retained only as long as required by the applicable regulations and are then securely deleted.
