1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the Game2Earn platform and any services, tournaments, and content we make available (the "Service"). Game2Earn is the legal entity operating the Service ("Game2Earn", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with Game2Earn.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, registering for a tournament, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in paid tournaments. You confirm you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that any information you submit is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • Cheat, collude, use unauthorised software, bots, or exploits in tournaments;
  • Send spam, harass, or harm other players;
  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Game2Earn and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Payments and refunds

Payments on Game2Earn are processed through PayPal. When you top up your in-app wallet or withdraw winnings, PayPal acts as the payment processor and is bound by the PayPal User Agreement. Game2Earn is the merchant of record for all tournament transactions. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Tournaments and prize pools

Tournament entry fees fund prize pools as described on each tournament page. A platform fee (currently 10%) is deducted from each paid entry to operate the Service. Winners are determined by skill-based results posted in the relevant Discord channel. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of result publication.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, cheating, or repeated or serious policy violations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion would be unlawful.

11. User indemnity

You agree to indemnify Game2Earn against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Game2Earn is established, and disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
