Refund Policy

Our refund window

Game2Earn offers a 14-day refund window on tournament entry fees and unused wallet balances. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund within 14 days, provided the tournament has not yet started and the wallet balance has not been used. Once a tournament has begun and you have taken part, the entry fee is non-refundable because prize pool funds have been committed to other participants.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed back to the original PayPal account. To request a refund:

1. Contact us through our contact form or our community Discord with your PayPal order ID.
2. We'll verify eligibility and issue the refund through PayPal, typically within 2 business days.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued back to the original PayPal account. PayPal typically credits the funds within 1–3 business days.

Withdrawing winnings

Tournament winnings are credited to your in-app wallet automatically. You can withdraw them to your PayPal account at any time from your wallet page, subject to a minimum withdrawal of ₪10.

Exceptions

The refund window does not apply where prohibited by law, or where you have already received the benefit of a tournament. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
